Integrated cleanroom monitoring
and control system (BMS & EMS)

Designed for precise monitoring of critical parameters and automation of auxiliary equipment, the system keeps the ISO classification conditions stable and manages contamination risk in cleanrooms.

KGS MPS-72 differential pressure transmitter

Key monitoring capabilities

01

Environmental parameters

Continuous measurement and display of temperature, humidity and differential pressure.

02

Pressure sensors

A wide range of pressure sensors from 125 to 2000 Pa to cover the pressure differentials required in different applications precisely.

03

Temperature sensors

Ambient models for room temperature and in-duct models for monitoring the supply and return air temperature of the ventilation system.

04

Room displays

Dedicated LCD panels at the entrance of each room so staff can check conditions at a glance.

05

Central server

Data logging and analysis with web-based access from any platform (PC / mobile).

06

Guaranteed accuracy

Supplied with valid calibration certificates for every sensor.

Smart interlock system

Available from 2-door models to multi-door systems, with advanced door-status management:

  • Audible and visual alarms: push-button stations with buzzer and warning light to signal doors left open
  • Emergency override: doors release automatically in an emergency, with staff safety as the priority
  • Scenario programming: complex door opening and closing sequences (interlock logic) to prevent air exchange and particle leakage

Comprehensive management with the HMI controller

Centralised, intelligent control of the HVAC and cleanroom systems through the HMI interface:

  • Equipment status: monitoring of motors, fans and filter loading
  • Thermal control: setting and checking the cooling and heating coils
  • Auxiliary management: full control of lighting, UV lamp scheduling and other cleanroom equipment
