Upstream access probes
HEPA filter leak testing with standard PAO or DOP tests is possible through the access probes upstream of the filter.
FAN FILTER UNIT
The fan filter unit is one of the core components of cleanroom ventilation and contamination control. It combines a high-efficiency fan with HEPA or ULPA filters to supply very clean air and create a uniform, stable flow in sensitive environments.

Incoming air first passes through a pre-filter that removes coarse particles, then through a HEPA filter with at least 99.97% efficiency for 0.5 µm particles, leaving it extremely clean. The internal fan delivers the filtered air to the room at a uniform, controlled velocity, creating a stable, turbulence-free airflow.
The aerodynamic housing design and even pressure distribution across the filter face give uniform airflow and cleanliness that meets cleanroom standards such as ISO 14644.
HEPA filter leak testing with standard PAO or DOP tests is possible through the access probes upstream of the filter.
Fine adjustment of air velocity, balancing of the ventilation system and optimised energy use.
Housing made of durable industrial materials; simple installation in modular cleanroom ceilings with good access for service and maintenance.
Thanks to high filtration efficiency, stable performance, adjustable airflow and easy validation, FFUs are widely used in these industries:
