Laminar Flow System
The laminar flow system creates a highly clean, contamination-controlled environment for sensitive processes. By producing a uniform, stable, turbulence-free airflow it removes airborne particles, microbial contamination and environmental pollutants from the work zone.

Operating principle
Room air passes through a pre-filter that removes coarse particles, then through the final filtration stage: HEPA filters with at least 99.97% efficiency for 0.5 µm particles. The fully filtered air is distributed across the work zone at a uniform, controlled velocity. Engineered airflow paths and careful selection of a high-efficiency fan achieve the standard velocity of about 0.3 to 0.5 m/s and cleanliness up to ISO Class 5 in the work zone.
Construction features
Good visibility and sterilisation
Lighting at standard intensity, with an optional ultraviolet (UV) lamp to sterilise the work area before operation.
Semi-isolated work zone
Clear antibacterial PVC curtains around the work area keep out particles and micro-organisms while preserving the laminar flow field and easy operator access.
